History

1984年　10月

Akashi Works, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. in Takahata, Hiraoka-cho, Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. 
(now Caterpillar Japan (Akashi) Ltd.) in Takahata, Hiraoka-cho, Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture.

Started manufacturing low-pressure pilot hoses for hydraulic excavators for Murata Shokai Co.

1989年　6月

Factory relocated to 824-3 Kako, Inami-cho, Kako-gun, Hyogo Prefecture due to business expansion.

1991年　8月

New Caterpillar Mitsubishi Ltd.(now Caterpillar Japan Inc.) in the premises of Sagami Plant Sagamihara Sales Office was opened and began operations as a low unit price parts management center. 

1991年　12月

Expanded the building in Kako, Inami-cho, Kako-gun, and started platform sub-assembly for the Akashi Plant of New Caterpillar Mitsubishi Ltd. (now Caterpillar Japan Inc.) started platform sub-assembly for Akashi Works.

1994年　7月

Started subassembly of platform for small excavators at Sagami Works of New Caterpillar Mitsubishi Ltd(now Caterpillar Japan Inc.). 

2000年　1月

Factory relocated to Futami Rinkai Industrial Park (21-1 Minami-Futami, Futami Town, Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture) due to business expansion.

2001年　1月

Started subassembly of control valves for Akashi Works of New Caterpillar Mitsubishi Ltd(now Caterpillar Japan Inc.). 

2006年　8月

With the expansion of business, the second factory (19-7 Minami Futami, Futami Town, Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture), located near the main plant, was developed and started operation as a dedicated control valve sub-assembly plant. 

2006年　12月

Started subassembly of cab outfitting for Akashi Works of New Caterpillar Mitsubishi Ltd(now Caterpillar Japan Inc.). 

2007年　5月

Mount the completed cab outfitting sub-assembly on the completed platform sub-assembly, and Cab module assembly begins.
The finished product is supplied to New Caterpillar Mitsubishi Ltd(now Caterpillar Japan Inc.). JIT supplied to the assembly line of Akashi Works

2008年　6月

The automated warehouse located at the main factory has been expanded.
The 5th and 6th units of the automated warehouse have been installed, doubling the capacity of the existing storage capacity.

2009年　6月

ISO9001 certification acquired

2010年　7月

Obtained Eco Action 21 certification

2014年　6月

In preparation for environmental friendliness, power conservation, and disaster preparedness A solar power generation system has been installed on the roof of the second factory.

2015年　3月

Ceiling lighting in the head office and the second factory was changed to LED lighting.

2015年　4月

We have begun recruiting new graduate employees.
We also established a training program for new employees, which consists of classroom education and on-site training over a period of approximately 3 months.

2015年　7月

Sagamihara sales office closed

2018年　12月

Air conditioning systems and equipment were renewed at the head office and second factory.

2020年　1月

Smoking areas were eliminated at the head office and second factory, and smoking was banned in all areas.
